摘要

分析了电视、电脑、空调和冰箱等9个种类8个年份共72个废电路板样品中的铜、金和银含量随时间变化规律.不同种类废电路板中铜含量存在明显差距,洗衣机电路板平均值最低,电话电路板平均值最高,分别为4.58%和20.38%.废电路板中金和银含量均呈逐年下降趋势,电话电路板金含量平均值最低,手机电路板金含量平均值最高,分别是0.17 g/t和305.69 g/t;电话电路板银含量最低,电脑电路板银含量最高,分别为3.19 g/t和524.12 g/t.不同种类电路板的经济价值差别较大,其中手机电路板经济价值最高,达到18.6万元/t,金的经济价值占16.8万元/t,洗衣机电路板经济价值最低,仅0.6万元/t.根据多年生产经验,对火法工艺处理废电路板控制入炉料的成分提出了建议.

Abstract

The variation of copper,gold and silver content over time in 72 waste printed circuit boards samples from 9 types,8 years,including television,computer,air conditioning and refrigerator were analyzed.There is a significant difference in copper content among different types of waste circuit boards,the average value for washing machine circuit boards is the lowest(4.58%)and the average value for telephone circuit boards is highest(20.38%).The gold and silver content in waste circuit boards decrease year by year.The average gold content in telephone circuit boards is the lowest(0.17 g/t),while the average gold content in mobile phone circuit boards is the highest(305.69 g/t).The silver content in telephone circuit boards is the lowest(3.19 g/t),and the silver content in computer circuit boards is the highest(524.12 g/t).The economic value of different types of circuit boards varies greatly,of which the mobile phone circuit boards have the highest economic value(186 000 RMB/t),the economic value of gold account for 168 000 RMB/t,and washing machine circuit boards having the lowest economic value(6 000 RMB/t).Based on many years of production experience,some suggestions for controlling the composition of feeding materials for pyrometallurgical treatment of waste circuit boards are put forward.
