通过室内酸法柱浸试验,对内蒙古哈达图铀矿石不同酸度条件下铀浸出特征和动力学机制进行了探讨,系统分析了铀矿石矿物成分与浸出过程中浸出液pH、Eh值、铀浓度、浸出速率,液计与渣计浸出率及吨矿、吨铀耗酸量,在此基础上进行浸出动力学机制的拟合.结果表明,铀矿石碳酸盐含量(0.58%)与黏土矿物含量(10.20%)均满足酸浸工艺要求;平均铀浓度为33.13~47.27 mg/L,渣计浸出率93.06%~95.43%,吨铀酸耗为37.78~95.49 t,符合酸法地浸可行性关键指标.10 g/L条件下铀矿石液计、渣计浸出率分别达到88.20%、95.43%,吨铀耗酸仅为37.78 t,考虑到最佳浸出效益及经济成本,试验现场酸度宜为10 g/L.酸度大于10 g/L,柱浸时铀浸出动力学机制符合混合作用控制模型,小于等于10 g/L则符合化学反应控制模型.
Leaching and Kinetics Characteristics of Uranium from Hadatu Uranium Ore in Inner Mongolia by Acid Method
The characteristics and kinetic mechanism of uranium leaching from Hadatu uranium ore in Inner Mongolia under different acidity conditions were discussed through laboratory acid column leaching test.The mineral composition of uranium ore,the pH value,Eh value,uranium concentration,leaching speed,leaching rate by liquid meter and slag meter,and acid consumption per ton of ore and uranium were systematically analyzed.On this basis,the kinetic mechanism of leaching was fitted.The results show that the carbonate content of uranium ore(0.58%)and clay mineral content(10.20%)meet the requirements of acid leaching process.The average uranium concentration is 33.13-47.27 mg/L,the leaching rate by slag is 93.06%-95.43%and the acid consumption per ton of uranium is 37.78-95.49 t,which meet the key indexes of the feasibility of acid leaching.Under the condition acidity of 10 g/L,the leaching rate of uranium ore by liquid meter and slag meter is 88.20%and 95.43%respectively,and the acid consumption per ton of uranium is only 37.78 t.Considering the best leaching benefit and economic cost,the acidity of the test site should be 10 g/L.When the acidity is greater than 10 g/L,the leaching kinetics conforms to the mixing control model,while when the acidity is less than or equal to 10 g/L,the leaching kinetics conforms to the chemical reaction control model.
