还原-中和沉淀-低酸浸出方法富集低浓度含锗浸出液中的锗

采用"还原-中和沉淀-低酸浸出"方法从低浓度含锗浸出液中高效富集锗,研究了还原中和沉淀和低酸浸出过程主要影响因素对锗分离富集的影响.结果表明,在硫化锌精矿用量为 2g/L、氧化锌烟尘用量为 19 g/L、反应温度为 80℃、还原时间为20 min、中和时间为 240 min的条件下,锗沉淀率可达 97.24%;在初始硫酸浓度为 165 g/L、液固体积质量比为 4 mL/g、浸出温度为 60℃、浸出时间为 60 min的条件下,锗浸出率可达 98.78%.
Enrichment of Germanium in Low Concentration Germanium Containing Leaching Solution by Reduction-Neutralization Precipitation-Low Acid Leaching Method
The method of reduction-neutralization precipitation-low acid leaching was used to efficiently enrich germanium from low concentration germanium leaching solution.The main influencing factors of reduction neutralization precipitation and low acid leaching on germanium separation and enrichment were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of zinc sulfide concentrate consumption of 2.0 g/L,zinc oxide dust consumption of 19 g/L,reaction temperature of 80 ℃,reduction time of 20 min,and neutralization time of 240 min,the germanium precipitation rate could reach 97.24%.Under the conditions of initial sulfuric acid concentration of 165 g/L,liquidsolid volume mass ratio of 4 mL/g,leaching temperature of 60 ℃,and leaching time of 60 min,the leaching rate of germanium could reach 98.78%.
