Effect of Air and Concentrate of Titanium on Enrichment Behavior of Perovskite in Titanium-Containing Mixed Slag
XRD,SEM,EDS and Image-J analysis were performed to explore the combined influence of air and concentrate of titanium on the enrichment behavior of titanium resources in Ti-bearing blast-furnace slag.By modifying the titanium-containing mixed slag, the shape of perovskite crystals in the slag is changed, the movement resistance of perovskite crystals is reduced, the upper perovskite crystals are convenient to migrate and enrich to the lower part, and high grade artificial perovskite concentrate is obtained. The experimental results show that suitable oxidation time is conducive to the conversion of low-priced titanium to high-priced titanium in the slag and proper addition of titanium concentrate is beneficial to promote the nucleation of perovskite crystals and precipitate spherical crystals. Therefore,Ti components are enriched in the bottom of the modified slag with spherical perovskite crystals under the optimum oxidation time(2 min)and the optimal added amount of concentrate of titanium(12%),and the volume fraction of perovskite increases from 25.12%to 61.50%.
