Research on the Intelligent Management and Control System of Multiple Mining Faces Coordinated Blasting in a Mine
Based on the engineering background of an iron mine where the perforation and blasting processes are divided, and multiple middle sections and multiple working faces are operated simultaneously,a follow-up survey method was adopted to conclude that the iron mine has difficulty in blasting operation control, untimely feedback from the process, and a small proportion of effective personnel. To solve the above problems,a progressive method including process analysis, problem posing, and risk assessment was used to carry out research on the intelligent management and control system of underground multi-working face collaborative blasting. The results indicate that there is a strict sequence between the various processes of underground blasting operations, the blasting equipment transportation and charging processes are the most dangerous and require precise control, the use of intelligent software to coordinately supervise the multi-working face blasting operation process not only achieves high precision control efficiency, but also reduces the accident efficiency of mine blasting operations. Finally, combined with the actual operating conditions of an iron mine, based on the sequential process of simultaneous blasting operations on multiple working faces,an intelligent management and control software for underground multi-working face collaborative blasting was developed using Python language, and the management and debugging of the blasting working face was used to prove the control of research and development. The software is suitable to assist in the supervision of the iron ore blasting process.
