锂云母浮选流程高效适配性的浮选机选型研究

传统浮选机选型方法存在明显的弊端,已越来越不适应工程精益化的要求.采用XFD实验室浮选机和LFM01实验室浮选机分别开展了锂云母浮选试验,基于分批浮选试验结果和JKSimFloat浮选回收率数学模型,分别计算了锂云母和脉石矿物不同组分的浮选速率及其组分含量.在此基础上,根据确定的浮选流程,应用JKSimFloat软件对不同的浮选机选型方案进行了模拟计算.结果表明,相比XFD实验室浮选机,LFM01实验室浮选机的性能更好,其更适合用于浮选机选型研究;通过比较不同选型方案的模拟计算结果,可以指导浮选机配置的优化,从而弥补了传统浮选机选型方法的不足.
Research on the Selection of Flotation Machine for a Lepidolite Mine
The traditional flotation machine selection method has obvious drawbacks,and it has become less and less suitable for the requirements of engineering leanness.In this paper,the XFD laboratory flotation machine and LFM01 laboratory flotation machine were used to carry out the Lepidolite flotation test,and the flotation rate and content of different components of Lepidolite and gangue minerals were calculated based on the results of batch flotation test and the JKSimFloat flotation recovery mathematical model.On this basis,according to the determined flotation circuit,the metallurgical performance of different flotation machine selection schemes was simulated by JKSimFloat software.The results show that the LFM01 laboratory flotation cell has better performance than the XFD laboratory flotation cell,and it is more suitable for carrying out the flotation machine selection test;by comparing the simulation results of different selection schemes,the optimization of flotation machine configuration can be guided,so as to make up for the shortcomings of traditional flotation machine selection methods.
