钛铁矿表面改性浮选分离技术研究进展

泡沫浮选是分选复杂难选钛铁矿石的重要方法之一.近年来,基于矿物表面改性来改善钛铁矿浮选性能的研究众多,但有关钛铁矿表面改性浮选分离技术研究进展的综述并不多见.本文综述了影响钛铁矿表面改性的因素,着重介绍了钛铁矿表面改性技术的研究现状,包括表面溶解、引入金属离子、外场力调控以及Fenton氧化等.讨论了各改性技术的优缺点,并对其作用机理进行分析.最后,总结了目前比较有潜力的改性方法,进一步提出了非均相类Fenton法在钛铁矿选矿中的应用情况,可为钛铁矿及其伴生脉石矿物的浮选分离提供参考.
Research Progress of Ilmenite Surface Modification Flotation Separation Technology
Froth flotation is one of the important methods for separating complex and refractory ilmenite ores.In recent years,there are numerous studies based on mineral surface modification to improve ilmenite flotation performance,but there are relatively limited reviews on the research progress of ilmenite surface modification flotation separation technology.This paper reviews the factors affecting the surface modification of ilmenite and highlights the current research status regarding ilmenite surface modification techniques,including surface dissolution,introduction of metal ions,external field force modulation,and Fenton oxidation.The advantages and disadvantages of each modification technique are discussed,and their mechanisms of action are analyzed.Finally,the more promising modification methods are summarized,and the application of non-homogeneous Fenton method in ilmenite beneficiation is further presented.This provides a reference for the flotation separation of ilmenite and its associated gangue minerals.
