基于X射线透射技术的某锡多金属矿预选抛废试验研究

通过对某锡矿矿样的分析可知该矿属于典型的低品位复杂多金属矿,采取有效的预选抛废工艺实现低品位原矿预先富集,对提升入选矿石品质、节能降耗具有十分重要的意义.基于X射线透射技术分析矿石性质并对该矿矿样开展了预选抛废试验研究.结果表明:基于X射线透射的预选抛废技术可有效进行锡等多金属的富集.其中,尾矿中Sn品位0.02%、Zn品位0.14%,Sn回收率高达96%、Zn回收率91%.
Experimental Study on the Pre-Separation and Disposal of a Certain Tin Polymetallic Ore Based on X-Ray Transmission Technology
The analysis of a tin ore sample shows that it is a typical low-grade complex polymetallic ore.It is of great significance to improve the quality of selected ore and reduce energy consumption via adopting effective pre-concentration and waste disposal technology for the raw ore.X-ray transmission technology was adopted to analyze the ore properties and carry out pre-separation and waste disposal test on the mine samples.The test results show that:the pre-separation and waste disposal technology based on X-ray transmission can effectively enrich tin and other polymetals,among which the Sn and Zn levels in the tailings are 0.02%and 0.14%,and the Sn recovery rate is as high as 96%and Zn recovery rate is 91%.
