Li添加对激光粉末床熔融成形Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr合金组织与性能的影响

采用激光粉末床熔融技术制备了 Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr和Al-Cu-Mg-Li-Sc-Zr合金,对比研究了 Li的添加对Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr合金微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,Al-Cu-Mg-Li-Sc-Zr合金中存在四方形的Al3(Sc,Zr)相、球形Al3 Li相和针状Al2CuMg相.Li的添加促进Al3Li相的形成,具有第二相强化效果,提高合金力学性能.Al-Cu-Mg-Li-Sc-Zr合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为(548±4)MPa和9.2%±0.3%,与Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr合金相比,添加Li的合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了 16.3%和15.0%,表现出优异的强度和塑性.
Effect of Li Addition on Microstructure and Properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr Alloy Prepared by Laser Powder Bed Fusion
In this study,Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr and Al-Cu-Mg-Li-Sc-Zr alloys were prepared by laser powder bed fusion,and the effect of Li addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr alloys was studied.The results show the presence of tetragonal Al3(Sc,Zr)phase,black spherical Al3 Li phase,and acicular Al2CuMg phase in Al-Cu-Mg-Li-Sc-Zr alloy.The addition of Li promotes the formation of Al3 Li phase,enhancing the alloy's mechanical properties through second-phase strengthening.The ultimate tensile strength and elongation of Al-Cu-Mg-Li-Sc-Zr alloy are(548±4)MPa and 9.2%±0.3%,respectively.Compared with Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy,the ultimate tensile strength and elongation of Li-added alloy increased by 16.3%and 15.0%,respectively,showing excellent strength and ductility.
