镁合金及其镁基材料增材制造技术研究现状与展望

镁合金具有低密度、高比强度和比刚度、良好的阻尼减震性能和生物相容性等优点,被誉为"21世纪的绿色工程材料".但镁合金相比于其他材料对热过程敏感,可加工性较差,传统成型工艺难以制造形状特别复杂的零件.金属增材制造技术是先进制造业中最具潜力和最有发展前景的制造技术,可以增加设计的自由度和制造的灵活性.采用增材制造制备复杂形状的镁合金拓扑优化结构件可同时实现材料轻量化和结构轻量化的极致轻量化效果,在航空航天和国防军工等领域具有广阔的应用前景.因此,本文综述了国内外镁合金增材制造研究现状,并对其未来发展进行了展望.
Additive Manufacturing of Magnesium Alloys:A Review
Magnesium alloy is known as"the green engineering material of the 21st century"for its advantages such as low density,high specific strength and stiffness,good damping properties and biocompatibility.Compared with other materials,magnesium alloys are sensitive to thermal process,so it is difficult to manufacture the parts with complex structures by traditional forming process.Metal additive manufacturing technology is the most promising manufacturing technology in the future for manufacturing flexibility.The use of additive manufacturing to prepare complex shaped magnesium alloy topology optimized structural components can achieve the ultimate lightweighting effect of both material and structure lightweighting,and has broad application prospects in aerospace,defense,and military industries.Based on current state of research on additive manufacturing of magnesium alloy,the development prospect was presented.
