冷喷涂增材制造技术研究进展与应用现状

冷喷涂增材制造作为一种极具潜力的新兴固态增材制造技术,近年来备受关注.其工艺原理基于空气动力学,原料粉末经高速碰撞形成机械或冶金结合实现结构成形,属"固态增材",可避免传统增材制造热输入带来的氧化、相变、晶粒生长和残余热应力问题.国际上正积极开展相关研究,目前该技术已广泛应用于航空航天、武器、能源动力等领域,涵盖装备零部件的表面修复、强化及功能涂层等方面.综述了冷喷涂增材制造技术的工艺原理、设备现状、典型金属材料冷喷涂增材体性能的研究进展,并通过冷喷涂在装备零部件修复和制造方面的典型应用案例,介绍了冷喷涂增材制造技术的应用现状.
Research Progress and Application of Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing Technology
Cold spray additive manufacturing,as an emerging solid-state additive manufacturing technology with great potential,has attracted much attention in recent years.The process principle of cold spray additive manufacturing is based on aerodynamics.The raw material powder is subjected to high-speed collisions to achieve mechanical or metallurgical bonding for structural formation,which belongs to"solid-state additive"and can avoid the problems of oxidation,phase transformation,grain growth and residual thermal stress caused by the heat input in traditional additive manufacturing.International research in this field is actively progressing.At present,this technology has found widespread application in fields such as aerospace,weapons,energy and power,encompassing areas like surface repair,strengthening and functional coatings of equipment components.This paper reviewed the process principle,equipment status,and research progress of the cold spray additive properties of typical metal materials in cold spray additive manufacturing technology.Through typical application cases of cold spray in the repair and manufacturing of equipment components,the application of cold spray additive manufacturing technology was introduced.
