激光粉末床熔融钛合金用粉体研究进展

相比锻造、铸造等传统工艺成形制件,激光粉末床熔融(LPBF)钛制件由于具有更优异的力学性能,在航空航天、生物医疗、国防军工等战略性新兴产业领域展现出广泛的应用前景.高性能、低成本原料粉末是发展LPBF钛制件的基础,是决定其是否能规模化应用的关键.为此,首先对钛及其合金与LPBF技术进行了简要概述,随后根据当前LPBF钛制件用粉体研究进展,对LPBF钛制件用粉体的制备技术与应用现状进行了重点阐述、总结和思考,可为推动LPBF钛制件用粉体领域的创新发展提供参考.
Research Progress on Powder for Laser Powder Bed Melting Formed Titanium Alloy
Compared with parts formed by traditional processes such as forging and casting,Laser Powder Bed Fusion(LPBF)titanium parts have better mechanical properties and have been widely used in strategic emerging industries such as aerospace,biomedicine,and national defense.High-performance and cost-effective raw material powder is essential for the development of LPBF titanium parts,and is crucial for the large-scale application.To this end,this article first provided a brief overview of titanium alloy and LPBF technology,followed by the fabrication technology and application status of powders for LPBF titanium parts based on the current research advancements.The summary aims to provide reference for promoting innovative development in the field of powders for LPBF titanium parts.
