摘要
文章以 1070 铝合金为研究对象,采用化学成分检测、光学显微组织、常温力学拉伸和导电率等测试方法,研究不同硼元素含量对 1070 铝合金导电率和力学性能的综合影响.结果表明,硼元素添加量为 0.1 wt.%时,屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别提升 25.3%、19.3%和 8.9%,导电率由 60.6%IACS提升至 62.9%IACS,1070 铝合金的导电性能和力学性能最佳.
Abstract
In this paper,the effects of different boron content on the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of 1070 aluminum alloy is studied by chemical composition detection,optical microstructure,mechanical tensile and electrical conductivity at room temperature.The results show that the yield,tensile strength and elongation after fracture increase by 25.3%,19.3%and 8.9%,respectively,when boron content is 0.1%.The conductivity was increased from 60.6%IACS to 62.9%IACS,and the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of 1070 aluminum alloy are the best.
