纤维增强复合材料的仿生结构设计及其力学性能的数值模拟

针对普通金属材料密度大、易生锈、易磨损及吸能效果差等问题,文章以自然界的淡水龙虾和螃蟹螯作为仿生原型,设计了一种纤维增强复合材料模型.利用有限元模拟的方法对设计的复合材料模型进行了数值模拟对比分析,对复合材料模型的抗压性能、抗扭性能、吸能性能和表面摩擦性能进行了研究.
Design of Biomimetic Structure and Numerical Simulation of Mechanical Properties of Fiber-Reinforced Composites
Aiming at the problems such as high density,easy rust,easy wear and poor energy absorption effect of common metal materials,this paper designs a fiber reinforced composite material model based on natural freshwater lobster and crab claw as bionic prototype.The numerical simulation and comparative analysis of the composite model are carried out by finite element simulation method,and the compressive properties,torsional properties,energy absorption properties and surface friction properties of the composite model are studied.
