8030 铝合金常温硬质氧化工艺及性能研究

文章选用一定浓度的硫酸、酒石酸、草酸作为阳极氧化电解液,通过控制电解液配比、电流密度等参数,成功开发出铝合金常温硬质氧化工艺.该工艺下,电解液温度控制在 15~20℃可制备合格硬质氧化膜.膜层耐蚀性好,中性盐雾试验 1 200h未出现点腐蚀,磷铬酸失重实验失重指标为 3.4 mg/dm2.硬度较高,显微硬度测试结果为 489 HV,与硫酸硬质氧化膜硬度接近,远高于普通阳极氧化膜硬度.
Research on Hard Oxidation Process and Properties of 8030 Aluminum Alloy at Room Temperature
In this paper,sulfuric acid,tartaric acid and oxalic acid with certain concentration are selected as anodic oxidation electrolyte,and the hard oxidation process of aluminum alloy at room temperature is successfully developed by controlling the ratio of electrolyte and current density.In this process,the qualified hard oxide film can be prepared by controlling the temperature of the electrolyte at 15~20℃.The corrosion resistance of the film is good,and no point corrosion appeared in the neutral salt spray test for 1200h.The weight loss index of the phochromic acid weight loss test is 3.4 mg/dm2.The hardness is high,and the microhardness test result is 489HV,which is close to the hardness of sulfuric acid hard oxide film and much higher than that of ordinary anodic oxide film.
