Effect of Casting and Rolling Process Parameters on Microstructure of 8011 Alloy
This paper mainly studied the microstructure of 8011 alloy under different casting and rolling process parameters, and compared the microstructure changes under different casting and rolling speed, casting and rolling zone length and cooling intensity,so as to control the size and quantity of coarse second phase in the structure and improve the machining performance of the product. The results show that the size and quantity of coarse second item can be reduced effectively and the occurrence of pinholes in subsequent machining process can be reduced by using large casting and rolling zone, low casting and rolling speed and increasing cooling intensity appropriately.
