碱蚀剂缓蚀机理研究

配置高浓度碱低比例碱蚀剂、低浓度碱低比例碱蚀剂、高浓度碱高比例碱蚀剂和碱蚀剂失效后补加碱蚀剂的 4组碱蚀溶液,对其进行溶铝试验,通过测量溶液Al3+和NaOH的浓度、试验铝块的质量变化情况,研究碱蚀剂对溶铝速率的影响,并结合溶液颜色变化情况,分析碱蚀剂的缓蚀机理.结果表明,碱蚀剂的添加可以提高溶液中溶存铝上限,抑制溶液中NaAlO2水解,间接降低溶液溶铝速率;耗铝量的增加会导致碱蚀剂失效;缓蚀剂失效后,溶液中会产生大量白色沉淀,NaOH浓度大幅度提高,Al3+浓度大幅度降低,导致溶液溶铝速率提高,危害生产.
Study on Corrosion Inhibition Mechanism of Alkali Etchant
In this paper,aluminum dissolution test is carried out on 4 groups of alkaline corrosion solutions with high concentration and low proportion alkali corrosion,low concentration and low proportion alkali corrosion,high concentration and high proportion alkali corrosion and alkali corrosion supplement after alkali corrosion failure.The influence of alkali corrosion on aluminum dissolution rate is studied by measuring the concentrations of Al3+and NaOH solution and testing the quality change of aluminum blocks.Combined with the color change of solution,the corrosion inhibition mechanism of alkali corrosion agent is analyzed.The results show that the addition of alkali etching agent can increase the upper limit of dissolved aluminum in solution,inhibit the hydrolysis of NaAlO2 in solution,and indirectly reduce the rate of dissolved aluminum in solution.The increase of aluminum consumption will lead to the failure of alkali etching agent.After the failure of corrosion inhibitor,a large number of white precipitates will be produced in the solution,the concentration of NaOH will be greatly increased,and the concentration of Al3+will be greatly reduced,which leads to the increase aluminum dissolution rate and endangers production.
