Research on Industrialization and Application of Honeycomb Aluminum Foil
In this paper,the production process and control points of 3003 alloy honeycomb aluminum foil are introduced by studying the characteristic of hot rolling,continuous casting and continuous rolling.The results show that the continuous casting and rolling of 3003 alloy 3.5mm honeycomb foil billet can not only reduce 2 calendering passes,but also obtain the honeycomb aluminum foil product with excellent mechanical properties by adjusting the process parameters.
