VAR过程辅助电极熔断原因分析

针对VAR过程中辅助电极发生熔断的问题,文章建立了熔炼三维模型,对VAR过程中辅助电极的温度场及力场进行了数值模拟分析,以探究导致辅助电极发生熔断的根本原因.模拟结果表明,辅助电极卡脖温度只有几十度,且应变非常小,在正常熔炼参数下产生的温度不会导致卡脖被拉断;现场试验表明,气压的波动是引起辅助电极发生熔断的根本原因.
Cause Analysis of VAR Process Auxiliary Electrode Fusing
Aiming at the problem of auxiliary electrode fusing in VAR process,this paper establishes a smelting three-dimensional model,and conducts numerical simulation analysis on the temperature field and force field of auxiliary electrode in VAR process to explore the root cause of auxiliary electrode fusing.The simulation results show that:the temperature of auxiliary electrode neck is only dozens of degrees,and the strain is very small,and the temperature generated under normal smelting parameters will not cause the neck to be pulled off;The field test shows that the fluctuation of air pressure is the fundamental cause of the auxiliary electrode fusing.
