Effect of Internal Pickling Process on Fluorine Residue in Zr-Sn-Nb Alloy Cladding Pipes
In this paper,Zr-Sn-Nb alloy finished pipe with Φ9.5 mm×wt mm size is used as the research object, and a special internal pickling unit is used to adjust different acid ratio,acid-water conversion time and rinsing temperature to carry out three groups of experiments. For the test samples obtained from each group of schemes,high-temperature hydrolysis spectrophotometry is used to detect the fluorine residue value of each sample. The results show that the internal pickling process can significantly affect the fluorine residue of zirconium alloy cladding pipe.
