Analysis on Profitability of Aluminum Temperature Leasing Business
Based on the assumed 800,000 m2 aluminum template lease project,this paper innovatively calculates the purchased standard and non-standard plates(including the standard plate wearing parts)separately.Standard template is included in fixed asset investment,non-standard template is included in cost.This paper deeply analyzes the investment and economic benefits under this scale,the unit profitability of the leasing template in a lifetime,and summarizes the risks of the leasing business of aluminum template,and puts forward suggestions for new entrants in the leasing industry.
