均匀化处理对含Zr 5083铝合金铸轧板组织性能的影响

文章采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)室温拉伸测试和硬度测试等分析测试手段,研究了 Zr元素和均匀化热处理对5083铝合金铸轧板微观组织及性能的影响.结果表明,均匀化处理过程中,Zr元素会与Al元素结合形成棒状的Al3Zr相,这些析出的Al3Zr相穿插在晶界上可以有效抑制组织再结晶.经470 ℃/14 h均匀化处理后,铸轧板塑性最佳,此时铸轧板边部和心部的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度及延伸率分别为72.82HV0.1和63.15HV0.1、100.13 MPa、82.27 MPa 及 16.92%.
Effect of Homogenization Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of Zr-Containing 5083 Aluminum Alloy Cast-Rolled Plate
The effects of Zr and homogenizing heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of 5083 aluminum alloy cast-rolled plate are studied by means of OM,SEM and hardness test at room temperature.The results show that Zr and Al elements combine to form rod-like Al3Zr phases interspersed at the grain boundaries can effectively inhibit the recrystallization of tissues.After homogenization at 470℃/14 h,the plasticity of the cast rolled sheet is the best,and the hardness,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the edge and core of the cast rolled sheet are 72.82HV0.1 and 63.15HV0.1,100.13 MPa,82.27 MPa and 16.92%,respectively.
