固溶升温速率对7020铝合金显微组织和力学性能影响

为观察不同固溶升温速率对7020铝合金微观组组织和力学性能的影响,主要是通过DTA、光学显微镜、拉伸试验等检测手段对其进行详细分析.结果表明,不同固溶升温速率对7020铝合金晶粒度影响较小,但当以250 ℃/h升温速率固溶时,基体内除颗粒状相外还存在少量线条状相,且经时效处理后合金力学性能最低;当以100 ℃/h升温速率固溶和140 ℃×16 h时效后,T6态抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为327.2 MPa、204.2 MPa和19.4%,且不同取向强度绝对值最低.
Effect of Solution Heating Rate on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 7020 Aluminum Alloy
In order to observe the effects of different solution heating rates on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7020 aluminum alloy,DTA,optical microscope and tensile test are used in this paper.The results show that different solution heating rates have little effect on the grain size of 7020 aluminum alloy,but when the solution rate is 250 ℃/h,there is a small amount of linear phase in the matrix besides the granular phase,and the mechanical properties of the alloy after aging treatment are the lowest.After solid solution at a heating rate of 100 ℃/h and aging at 140 ℃×16 h,the T6 state tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation are 327.2 Mpa,204.2 Mpa,and 19.4%,respectively,with the lowest absolute values of strength for different orientations.
