Research Progress on Corrosion Resistance of Electroless Ni-P Coatings
In this paper,the reaction mechanism,corrosion resistance mechanism and sealing technology of electroless plating Ni-P are introduced.At the same time,the three major trends of rare earth catalysis,multi-metal codeposition and multilayer composite of electroless plating Ni-P technology are summarized,and the future development of electroless plating Ni-P technology is prospected.
