针对 7050 合金板材制品热处理工艺摸索试错成本高、性能偏差大等问题,采用响应曲面Box-Behnken法对影响7050 铝合金 80 mm厚板预时效的工艺因素开展研究.结果表明,回归模型拟合度较好,结合生产实际条件对最佳工艺进行修正(预时效温度 120℃、保温时间24 h、升温速率1℃/min),采用修正工艺预时效后板材硬度为189.2HV、电导率30.83%IACS,满足目标要求.
Multi-Objective Optimization of 7050 Alloy Thick Plate Pre-Aging based on Response Surface Method
In this paper,the process factors affecting the pre-aging of 80mm thick plate of 7050 aluminum alloy are studied by Box-Behnken response surface method.The results show that the regression model has a good fit,and the optimal process is modified according to the actual production conditions(pre-aging temperature 120℃,holding time 24h,heating rate 1℃/min).the hardness of the sheet after pre-aging with the modified process is 189.2HV and the conductivity 30.83%IACS,meeting the target requirements.
