摘要

采用磷酸、硫酸混合液中大电压短时间作为第一步氧化,硫酸、酒石酸、含钼化合物混合液中小电压长时间作为第二步氧化,两步氧化结合在铝合金表面制得开口大且浅、底部窄且深的"喇叭型"多孔层,通过扫描电子显微镜和EDS能谱仪对多孔层进行表征测试,通过高温烘烤以及 3C行业通用氧化膜测试方法对封孔后的氧化膜进行性能检测.结果表明,两步氧化得到的"喇叭型"多孔层氧化膜经封闭后能够耐 200℃高温达 2h以上,中性盐雾通过 72h测试,酸碱性人工汗通过 48h测试,斑马笔、耐清洗测试等均能符合行业标准.

Abstract

Phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid mixture with high voltage for a short time as the first step of oxidation,sulfuric acid,tartaric acid and molybdenum-containing compound mixture with low voltage for a long time as the second step of oxidation,and the two steps of oxidation combined to produce a"trumpet"porous layer with large and shallow opening and narrow and deep bottom on the surface of aluminum alloy.The porous layer is characterized by scanning electron microscopy and EDS spectrometer.Through high-temperature baking and 3C industry general oxide film test method,the performance of sealed oxide film is tested.The results showed that:the"horn type"porous layer oxide film obtained by two-step oxidation can withstand 200℃high temperature for more than 2 h after sealing,neutral salt spray through 72 h of testing,acid and alkaline artificial sweat through 48 h of testing,zebra pen,cleaning resistance can meet the industry requirements.
