摘要

采用双重破乳工艺实现乳化液的高效水乳分离,对分离产生的废水进行芬顿氧化处理,利用二价铁离子和过氧化氢之间的链反应生成羟基自由基,以超强的氧化能力降解掉废水中的有机物.通过控制废水过氧化氢添加量 1.5%、硫酸亚铁添加量 4%,可有效提高有机物降解率,显著降低废水水质COD至300 mg/L以下,满足园区污水处理厂入水指标.提升反应温度可提高反应速率,但对降废水COD影响不大.此工艺具有简单、高效、转化率高等特点,可作为一种技术储备应用于危废处理行业.

Abstract

In this paper,the double demulsification process is used to realize high-efficiency separation of emulsion water and milk,and Fenton oxidation treatment is carried out on the wastewater generated by separation.Hydroxyl radical is generated by the chain reaction between bivalent iron ion and hydrogen peroxide,and organic matter in the wastewater is degraded with super oxidation capacity.By controlling the addition of 1.5%hydrogen peroxide and 4%ferrous sulfate in wastewater,the degradation rate of organic matter can be effectively improved,and the COD of wastewater water quality can be significantly reduced to less than 300mg/L,meeting the water intake target of the park sewage treatment plant.Increasing the reaction temperature can increase the reaction rate,but has little effect on reducing COD in wastewater.The process has the characteristics of simplicity,high efficiency and high conversion rate,and can be used as a technical reserve in hazardous waste treatment industry.
