退火时间对钛铝复合板拉伸性能的影响

选取经温轧工艺制成的钛铝复合板,随后对其进行不同时间的退火处理,使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜以及拉伸性能测试,研究退火时间对钛铝复合板拉伸性能的影响.结果表明,加工态钛铝复合板结合层的晶界较为平直完整,未见明显扩散现象.纯钛层呈现等轴晶与孪晶的混合组织结构,而纯铝层组织中晶粒完全破碎,并存在被拉长的带状组织结构.相比于加工态,发现复合板经退火处理后,塑性得到显著提升,但强度有所降低,其拉伸断口主要由韧窝组成,具有十分明显的韧性断裂特征.经分析,这是由于退火会将复合板在塑性加工过程中所产生的残余应力消除所导致.
Effect of Annealing Time on Tensile Properties of Ti-Al Composite Plates
In this paper,titanium aluminum composite plate made by warm rolling process is selected,and then annealed at different times.Optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile property test are used to study the influence of annealing time on the tensile property of titanium aluminum composite plate.The results show that the grain boundary of the conded layer of the processed titanium-aluminum composite plate is relatively straight and complete,and no obvious diffusion phenomenon is observed.The pure titanium layer presents a mixed structure of equiaxed crsytal and twin crystal,while the pure aluminum layer has a completely broken grain and elongated ribbon structure.Compared with the processed state,it is found that the plasticity of the composite plate is significantly improved after annealing,but the strength is somewhat reduced.The tensile fracture of the composite plate is mainly composed of dimple,which has obvious ductile fracture characteristics.According to the analysis,this is caused by the removal of residual stress caused by annealing during the plastic processing of the composite plate.
