Analysis on Surface Pickling/TiZr Passivation Process of 5182 Aluminum Alloy for Automobile
In this paper,NH4HF2 is used as pickling agent and H2TiF6/H2ZrF6 as passivation agent,the pickling/TiZr passivation treatment process of 5182 aluminum alloy surface is analyzed through orthogonal test and the content of Ti and Zr elements on the substrate surface.The results show that the optimum parameters of pickling passivation process are as follows:pickling F-concentration is 400ppm,passivation solution pH is 4.1,treatment time is 4.2 s,conductivity is 2 300 μs/cm;the contents of Ti and Zr are 5.48 mg/m2 and 4.79 mg/m2,respectively.
