Study on Recovery and Utilization of Ammonia in Wet Extraction Process of Secondary Aluminum Ash
In the process of secondary aluminum ash wet extraction and recovery of aluminum resources, the active aluminum compound reacts with water to produce hydrogen, methane, ammonia and other combustible mixed gases. The ammonia in the mixed gas is absorbed by frozen water to reduce the corrosion effect of the ammonia in the combustible gas on the burner.Part of the liquid is extracted from the ammonia gas absorber kettle, and then recycled back to the absorber to absorb the mixed gas after cooling. The influence of different circulation amount on the deammonification effect of the mixed gas is analyzed. The results show that when the mass fraction of ammonia in raw gas is 53.09%and the flow rate of circulation liquid is 6kg/m3 of raw gas,the mass concentration of ammonia in combustible gas can be reduced to 4.38 mg/L,which meets the requirements of the inlet gas of burilers. The mass fraction of recovered ammonia water is 20.46%,which meets the HG/T 5353-2018 industrial ammonia water standard. The use of chilled water to recover ammonia from the combustible gas in the wet extraction process of secondary aluminum ash can reduce the harm of harmful components in the combustible gas to the burner, and recover the ammonia gas to produce industrial ammonia water, which can produce certain economic benefits.
