摘要
为确保氧化铝生产中的赤泥输送管道安全、可靠和经济,本文基于AutoPIPE 管道应力计算软件,对赤泥输送埋地管道建立模型并计算,对比和分析了多组管道应力计算数据和结果,优化了管道选材和管道布置,管道造价降低约7.5%.
Abstract
In order to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of red mud transportation pipelines in alumina production,based on pipeline stress calculation software AutoPIPE,a model of buried pipelines for red mud transportation was established in this paper,relevant calculations were made,multiple data and results of pipe-line stress calculations were compared and analyzed,pipeline material selection and layout were optimized,re-sulting in about 7.5%of pipeline cost reduction.
