摘要

电解槽的槽况、工艺都因槽而异,想要统一管理就要先把电解槽的整体情况分类.电解槽分类管理重点解决的问题是电解槽的一致性,其中包括工艺条件的一致性,生产槽况的一致性、控制思路的一致性、经济指标的一致性等,一致性可以减少非正常问题的发生,让电解槽受控并持续改进电解槽状况.通过对电解槽进行分类管控,区别制定管控标准和措施,使不同类别的电解槽的运行状一致,便于生产管控和指标优化.

Abstract

The conditions and processes of electrolytic cells vary from cell to cell.If unified management is re-quired,the overall conditions of electrolytic cells shall be classified first.The key problem to be solved for clas-sified management of electrolytic cells is the consistency of electrolytic cells,including the consistency of process conditions,production cell conditions,control ideas and economic indicators.Consistency results in the reduc-tion in abnormal problems,controlled electrolytic cells and continuous improvement in conditions of electrolytic cells.Through classified control of electrolytic cells,based on cell-specific control standards and measures,the operation status of different types of electrolytic cells is consistent,which facilitates production control and indicator optimization.
