with the continuous improvement of national aesthetic concept,buildings with long-span spatial steel structures with beautiful appearance are favored by more and more people,but accidents occur frequently in the case of the current construction technology system.The main reason is that during the design of the grid,the section of rod piece is usually selected according to the internal force calculated of the overall structure after com-pletion;however,in the actual construction process,there is a great difference between the bearing conditions and those for the design calculation,resulting in differences between internal forces of rod pieces and the design states and overall instability of some rod pieces.Taking the 8#gymnasium of the Vocational and Technical School Relocation Project in Xingwen County as an example,this paper analyzed the redistribution of internal forces in long-span grid construction,and put forward a solution to provide reference for future construction.
