摘要

介绍了某金属矿山井下通风远程集控系统的实际应用,该系统使用西门子 S7-1500 PLC、S7-1200 PLC、Wincc组态软件、ABB ACS580 变频器之间相互配合对金属矿山井下风机进行实时监控、控制.该系统的使用提高了该矿山井下通风系统的自动化水平,大大便于操作人员根据现场实际情况对风机进行快速、灵活的控制,达到相关要求,提高了工作效率.

Abstract

This paper introduced the practical application of a remote centralized control system for underground ventilation in a metal mine.The system employs a coordinated setup including Siemens S7-1500 PLC,S7-1200 PLC,Wincc configuration software,and ABB ACS580 frequency converter to realize real-time monitoring and control of the mine's underground fans.The application of this system enhanced the automation level of the underground ventilation system in the mine,significantly aiding operators in rapidly and flexibly controlling the fans according to the actual conditions on-site.This ensures compliance with relevant requirements and improves work efficiency.
