在点柱式上向水平分层充填法中留设点柱的尺寸与间距对矿山的生产有较大影响,不合理的点柱参数会影响回采的安全性及采场的经济技术指标,因此留设点柱参数的合理选取是点柱式上向水平分层充填采矿法成功应用的关键.文章以大红山铜矿西矿段为工程背景,运用数值模拟方法对其点柱式上向水平分层充填法的点柱留设参数进行研究,最终确定其最优参数为点柱尺寸4 m×5 m,点柱跨度12 m.
Study on Point Column Parameters of Point-column Overhand Level Cut and Fill Stoping Based on FLAC3D
The size and spacing of the reserved point column in the point-column overhand level cut and fill sto-ping will have a great influence on mine production.Unreasonable point column parameters will affect the safety of stoping and the economic and technical indicators of the stope.Therefore,reasonable selection of the reserved point column parameters is the key to the successful application of the point-column overhand level cut and fill stoping.Taking the west ore block of Dahongshan Copper Mine as an engineering background,this paper stud-ies the setting parameters of point columns in its point-column overhand level cut and fill stoping by using nu-merical simulation method and finally determines that the optimal parameters are 4 m×5 m in size and 12 m in span.
