摘要

通过研究5183 高端铝合金焊材生产工艺,确定合金成分、开发熔体深度净化工艺和退火工艺,同时还开发出直接用电解铝液连续铸造-热连轧-冷连轧的短流程、低能耗的 5183 铝合金焊材生产技术,建成国内首套电解铝液连续铸造-热连轧-冷连轧铝合金焊丝线坯生产线,焊丝线坯最小尺寸达到直径2 mm.

Abstract

Through the research on the production process of 5183 high-end aluminum alloy welding material,this paper determines the alloy composition and develops advanced melt purification process and annealing process as well as develops the short-process and low-energy consumption production technology of 5183 alumi-num alloy welding material with direct electrolytic aluminum liquid continuous casting-hot tandem rolling-cold tandem rolling,and establishes the first production line for aluminum alloy welding wire stock with electrolytic a-luminum liquid continuous casting-hot tandem rolling-cold tandem rolling in China,with the minimum size of welding wire stock of 2mm in diameter.
