Study on Preparation and Photoelectric Properties of Two-dimensional Layered Material KP15
The low-symmetry crystal structure in two-dimensional materials can lead to high anisotropy in the plane, which leads to high anisotropic photoelectric properties. These high anisotropic two-dimensional materi-als have great potential for developing polarized light-sensitive photodetectors.KP15 is a novel two-dimensional material with high anisotropy. It has the advantages of stable structure, low cost, nontoxicity and harmlessness under atmospheric environment, fast photoresponse speed and high theoretical carrier mobility. In this paper, the bulk KP15 material was prepared by gas phase transport method, and the field effect transistor was success-fully constructed based on the exfoliated nanowires, and its photoelectric properties were studied.
