The traditional management mode can no longer meet the requirements of construction project man-agement in the new era.In this regard,managers should reasonably apply BIM technology to effectively optimize and perfect the project management process to improve the management level and quality.This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in management,emphasizing that managers need to be proficient in the key points and challenges of the practical application of BIM technology to ensure that all management tasks are car-ried out in an orderly manner.
