Study on Connection Design of Steel Structure Beam-column Joints in Prefabricated Buildings
In order to improve the load capacity of beam-column joint connection, this paper takes a prefabri-cated building project as an example to study the design method of steel structure beam-column joint connection.First, according to the requirements of the project,an"H-shaped"beam-column full-welded joint connection is selected as the full-welded joint connection form for beams and columns of the steel structure of prefabricated buildings. Then, the stress distribution at the joints is calculated based on the structural form and stress charac-teristics in combination with the parts where the stress is concentrated at the steel structure beam-column joints.Based on this, the connection stiffness of the steel structure beam-column joints is determined. Finally, the joint connection structure and construction can be designed according to the structural form, stress characteris-tics and material selection of the building. The experimental results show that the design method can improve the load value of beam-column joint connection in practical applications.
