摘要
以沪苏湖铁路苏湖特大桥(35+168+136+35)m非对称独塔部分斜拉桥为工程背景,进行了斜拉索索道管精准定位控制研究.考虑影响索道管空间位置的主要因素,对每个影响因素进行了具体的研究分析,确定了索道管精准定位的修正方法.采用该方法确定索道管两端最终的三维坐标和倾角,并以理论计算的空间坐标对施工中索道管进行监控测量,通过实测位置与理论坐标的对比来进行施工控制.结果表明桥梁施工中索道管定位控制良好,符合预期要求.
Abstract
The research on the precise positioning control of cable-stayed cable tube was carried out based on the engineering background of Suhu(35+168+136+35)m asymmetric single tower partial cable-stayed bridge of Husuhu Railway.Considering the main factors that affect the spatial position of the cable duct,this paper made a specific research and analysis on each factor,and determined the correction method of the precise positioning of the cable duct.This method was used to determine the final three-dimensional coordinates and inclination angles at both ends of the cable duct,and to monitor the cable duct in construction with the space coordinates of theoretical calculation.The results showed that the positioning control of cable duct in bridge construction was good and met the expected requirements.
