摘要
滦平县位于河北省承德市,因地质环境条件复杂多变、地形地貌陡峻,加之降雨、地震等激发因素,每年都有不同程度的地质灾害发生.北山根村泥石流位于滦平县五道营子乡北山根村,属于稀性、低频、暴雨、沟谷型泥石流,且为轻微易发泥石流,严重威胁附近居民的生命财产安全.通过深入分析泥石流地质灾害流域分区特征、活动特征、危害程度等,计算泥石流流量、流速等,拟订主要防治措施为清理沟道和修建拦挡坝、导流堤、排水沟,对于滦平县泥石流地质灾害防治工程具有一定指导意义.
Abstract
Luanping County is located in Chengde City,Hebei Province.Due to complex and changeable geological environment conditions,steep topography,rainfall,earthquake and other exciting factors,geological disasters occur in different degrees each year.The debris flow is located in Beishangen Village,Wudaoyingzi Township,Luanping County,which belongs to sparse,low frequency,heavy rain and gully type,and is slightly prone,seriously threatening the life and property safety of nearby residents.By deeply analyzing the zoning characteristics,activity characteristics and harm degree of the basin of debris flow geological disaster,the paper calculated the flow and velocity of debris flow,and formulated the main control measures to clear the gully and build the retaining dam,diversion dike and drainage ditch,which has great significance for the prevention and control project of debris flow geological disaster in Luanping County.
