河池市地质灾害专群结合监测预警分析——以南丹县吾隘镇德竹村纳劳屯滑坡为例

摘要
近年来,河池市在自然资源部、财政部的大力支持下,初步构建了群测群防、专业监测相结合的地质灾害监测预警网络和气象预警体系.本文以河池市南丹县吾隘镇德竹村纳劳屯滑坡成功预警为例,详细分析了专群结合的地质灾害监测预警网络和气象预警体系的运行情况,通过不断完善地质灾害群测群防体系,降低了因地质灾害造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,取得了阶段性成效,可为我国其他地区地质灾害和气象预警预报提供指导和借鉴.
Abstract
In recent years,with strong support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance,Hechi City has initially established a geological disaster monitoring and early warning network and a meteorological early warning system that combines group detection with mass prevention and professional monitoring.Taking the successful landslide warning in Nalaotun,Dezhu Village,Wuzhai Town,Nandan County,Hechi City,as an example,this paper thoroughly analyzed the operation of geological disaster monitoring and warning network combined with the efforts of both professionals and the people and the meteorological early warning system.By constantly improving the geological disaster group detection and mass prevention system,the casualties and property losses caused by geological disasters have been reduced,and stage results have been achieved.It is expected to provide guidance and insights for the forewarning and prediction of geological disasters in other regions of China.
