灌注充填法在煤矿采空区场地治理中的应用

摘要
研究区原为煤矿采空区,场地内拟建高层住宅楼,为满足建筑物承载力要求,采用灌注充填法对采空区进行治理.本文分析了灌注充填法在煤矿采空区场地治理的可行性、治理方案及治理流程,建议:一般注浆孔采用正三角形布设,帷幕注浆孔采用正三角形双排布设;采用"一次注浆"和"上行式分段注浆"工艺进行注浆;主要注浆材料为粉煤灰、水泥、添加剂等;在注浆治理施工前,对配置后形成的浆液性质进行测试,并确定最佳配比.研究区采用灌注充填法注浆,注浆质量良好,效率高,工程造价低,采空区及垮落带、巷道及裂隙带得到有效充填,注浆结石体岩心完整,证明了该方法治理煤矿采空区的可行性.
Abstract
The study area was previously a coal mine goaf,and high-rise residential buildings are planned to be built on the site.In order to meet the bearing capacity requirements,the goaf was treated with grouting and filling method.This paper analyzed the feasibility,treatment scheme,and treatment process of this method for mine goaf site treatment.It was suggested that ordinary grouting holes be arranged in is equilateral triangles,while curtain grouting holes be placed in double rows of equilateral triangles.The grouting process included＂single grouting＂ and＂upward section grouting＂ techniques.The main grouting materials consist of fly ash,cement,additives,etc.Before construction,the properties of the slurry were tested,and the optimal ratio was determined.With advantages of high grouting quality,good efficiency,and low project cost,the goaf,caving zone,roadway,and fracture zone were effectively filled via grouting and filling method,and the grouting stone core was intact,which proved the feasibility of this method for treating goaf in coal mine.
