公路隧道不良地质段施工技术应用研究

摘要
本文分析了某隧道周围的断层破碎带、膨胀性围岩、岩溶地质情况,介绍了复杂地质条件隧道的施工措施.首先在隧道外轮廓插入超前小导管进行注浆处理,然后用短进尺的台阶法进行隧道开挖,同时搭设钢拱架并分段、分片、分层施工,由下而上依次喷射混凝土,最后进行防水层和二次衬砌施工.为保证隧道施工过程安全可控,在隧道内布置测点全过程监测变形情况.本文介绍的技术可提供地质预报,减少隧道建设中的风险,降低不良地质对隧道施工的影响.
Abstract
This paper analyzed the fault fracture zone,expansive surrounding rock,and karst geological conditions near a tunnel,and studies the construction measures of the tunnels under complex geological conditions.Firstly,advanced small pipes were inserted into the outer contour of the tunnel for grouting treatment.Subsequently,tunnel excavation proceeded using the short footage step method.At the same time,steel arches were erected with sectional,segmental,and layered construction.Concrete was sprayed from bottom to top,followed by construction of the waterproof layer and secondary lining.In order to ensure the safety and controllability of the tunnel construction process,monitoring points were arranged within the tunnel to track deformation throughout.The technology outlined in this paper can mitigate risks associated with tunnel construction,provide geological forecast,and minimize the influence of adverse geological conditions on tunnel construction.
