摘要

地质灾害监测预警是地质灾害综合防治体系建设的最重要内容之一.为进一步完善广西地质灾害监测预警体系建设,切实提升地质灾害监测预警能力,充分发挥地质灾害监测预警效用,努力实现地质灾害监测预警体系由"人防"为主、"技防"为辅向"人防+技防"并重转变,创新地质灾害防治思路,本文以贺州市平桂区水口镇水车村禄冲一组滑坡有效预警为例,分析了专群结合的地质灾害监测有效预警全过程.地质灾害监测预警体系降低了因地质灾害发生造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,取得了一定的阶段性成效.研究结果可为我国其他地区地质灾害专业监测预报提供指导.

Abstract

Geological disaster monitoring and early warning is one of the most important contents in comprehensive geological disaster prevention system.The purposes are to further improve the construction of geological disaster monitoring and early warning system in Guangxi,effectively enhance the ability of geological disaster monitoring and early warning,make full use of geological disaster monitoring and early warning,and endeavour to realize the transformation from "civil air defense" mainly and "technical prevention" as a supplement to "civil air prevention+technical prevention",and innovate the ideas of geological disaster prevention and control.This paper took Luchong Group 1 landslide effective early warning in Shuiche Village,Shuikou Town,Pinggui District,Hezhou City as an example,analyzed the whole process of geological disaster monitoring effective early warning,geological disaster monitoring and early warning system reduced the casualties and property losses caused by geological disasters,and achieved certain stage results.The research results can provide guidance for the professional monitoring and forecasting of geological hazards in other areas of China.
