In Huicheng District,Huizhou City,7 evaluation factors including slope,slope shape,relief degree,geological structure,rock-soil type,vegetation cover and land use type were selected,taking 127 geological disaster spots as samples,ArcGIS 10.8 was used to calculate the proportion of disaster spots in each factor category,and the information value of each factor was calculated by using the formula of information quantity method,the weights of each evaluation factor are superimposed on the corresponding information,and the numerical results of the geological disasters vulnerability evaluation for each grid unit in the whole region are obtained,and the giid values of the vulnerability evaluation are reclassified.Based on the principle of similarity,the vulnerability of geological disasters in Huicheng District is divided into three grades:medium-risk,low-risk and non-risk.The evaluation results can provide a geological basis for the prediction and prevention of geological disasters in Huicheng District,Huizhou City.
