摘要

抛刀岭尾矿库位于安徽省池州市以南约 18 km处,尾矿库一旦发生破坏会对G318国道通行、库区村庄人民的生命安全以及抛刀岭金矿的运行安全构成严重威胁.因此准确科学地判断尾矿库的稳定性、预测其变性破坏趋势并采取相应的防治措施对安全保障具有重要意义.本文基于尾矿库所处地质环境,通过区域地质调查和钻探等手段,对尾矿库稳定性进行了研究,初步判定降雨、地震、尾矿库排矿及不良岩土体工程地质性质是尾矿库变形破坏的主要因素.在分析尾矿库地质条件的基础上,采用极限平衡法等手段,初步判定该尾矿库在天然、洪水和地震工况下均处于稳定状态,建议尽可能采取措施降低干滩内浸润线,延长并保证干滩长度.

Abstract

The Paodaoling tailings dam is located approximately 18 km south of Chizhou City,Anhui Province.Any damage to the tailings dam will pose a serious threat to the safe passage of G318 National Highway,the lives of people in the villages around the reservoir,and the operational safety of Paodaoling gold mine.Therefore,accurately and scientifically judging the stability of the tailings dam,predicting the deformation and destruction trend,and taking corresponding preventive measures is of great importance for safety assurance.Based on the geological environment of the tailings dam,this paper studied the stability of the tailings dam by means of regional geological survey and drilling,and preliminarily determines that rainfall,earthquakes,tailings discharge,and poor geotechnical properties of rock and soil are the main factors affecting the deformation and destruction of the tailings dam.On the basis of analyzing the geological conditions of the tailings dam,the limit equilibrium method were used to initially determine that the tailings dam is in a stable state in natural,flood,and earthquake conditions.It is suggested that measures should be taken to lower the water table within the dry zone as much as possible and extend and ensure the length of the dry zone.
