基于专利视角的冶金工程学科竞争力分析

摘要
专利产出情况是学科科研创新能力的重要体现,各对标高校同一学科之间的横向专利竞争力的比较和分析,对高校学科建设、学科发展及人才培养具有重要的意义.本文以冶金工程学科第四轮评估结果为A和B的 8 所高校为研究对象,通过综合方法筛选冶金工程学科领域密切相关的IPC分类号,从 8 所高校冶金工程领域的专利数量竞争力、核心专利竞争力、市场竞争力、技术竞争力、人才竞争力 5 个维度进行了对比分析,并对提高学科专利竞争力提出了建议.
Abstract
Patent output situation is an important embodiment of the scientific research and innovation ability of a discipline.The comparison and analysis of the horizontal patent competitiveness of the same discipline between universities is of great significance for the discipline construction,discipline development and talent cultivation of university.Taking the 8 universities with the fourth round of evaluation results of metallurgical engineering disciplines as A and B as the research objects,by screening the IPC classification numbers closely related to the metallurgical engineering disciplines through a comprehensive method,the metallurgical engineering field of the 8 universities in five dimensions of quantity competitiveness,core patent competitiveness,market competitiveness,technological competitiveness,and talent competitiveness were compared and analyzed.The references and suggestions are proposed to improve the competitiveness of discipline patents.
