A Study on The Safety Influencing Factors of Ramps and Intelligent Management and Control Systems in Metal Mines
Ramps are integral components of underground mine transportation systems, but they face challenges such as lengthy distances, steep gradients, poor visibility, and complex terrain, escalating the risks of accidents and property damage. This study investigates the safety influencing factors of inclined ramps in domestic metal underground mines, and the investigation and safety countermeasures of underground mine ramp are carried out.The construction of intelligent control system of ramp is introduced and analyzed by taking Sanshandao Gold Mine as an example.Analysis of research findings revealed deficiencies in design parameters and maintenance practices, and targeted measures are proposed, spanning the design, production, and maintenance stages.Additionally, existing safety standards for trackless equipment lack consistency. The study advocates specific safety enhancements for vehicles, including improvements in warning systems such as lights and intercoms, and the establishment of a comprehensive safety protocol for trackless equipment operations. Moreover,it is recommended,at the policy and regulatory level,to develop industry-specific standards and provisions tailored for inclined ramp transportation systems. These efforts are pivotal in advancing the safety and standardization of ramp transportation systems in underground mines.
