摘要
以山东某金矿为研究对象,采用重-浮联合工艺流程可获得金品位为88.18 g/t、回收率为17.00%,银品位为16.28 g/t、回收率为2.01%的重选金精矿,和金品位为55.59 g/t、回收率为76.28%,银品位为89.96 g/t、回收率为79.11%的浮选金精矿.总精矿的金品位为59.60 g/t、金回收率93.18%,银品位80.89 g/t、银回收率81.12%.该金矿采用重-浮联合工艺流程可以较好地实现金的有效回收,同时对伴生金属银实现综合回收.本研究可以实现金银的综合有效回收,为该类型金矿资源的回收利用提供重要指导.
Abstract
Taking a gold mine in Shandong as the research object,a gravity concentration-flotation combined process can be used to obtain a gold concentrate with a gold grade of 88.18 g/t,a recovery rate of 17.00%,a silver grade of 16.28 g/t,and a recovery rate of2.01%.Additionally,a flotation gold concentrate with a gold grade of 55.59 g/t,a recovery rate of 76.28%,a silver grade of 89.96 g/t,and a recovery rate of 79.11%can be obtained.The gold grade of the total concentrate is 59.60 g/t,with a gold recovery rate of 93.18%,a silver grade of 80.89 g/t,and a silver recovery rate of 81.12%.The gold mine adopts a gravity concentration-flotation combined process,which can effectively recover cash and achieve comprehensive recovery of associated metal silver.This study can achieve comprehensive and effective recovery of gold and silver resources,providing important guidance for the recycling and utilization of this type of gold resources.
